About Us:
We live with our 2 Berners near Des Moines, Iowa.
Jessica has been involved in Bernese Mountain Dogs
since she first brought Haley home, over 12 years ago.
Jessica is a member of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America (BMDCA) and is
President of the Heartland Bernese Mountain Dog Club (HBMDC),
a regional BMD club.
Jessica is a veterinary technician and veterinary practice manager.
She is also a Canine Sports Massage Therapist.
Jessica's first love is the conformation ring, but tracking and drafting come in close!
After all, a truly versatile Berner has a title on both ends of their name!
We are very proud to say that all of our Berners are owner/handled to their various titles, conformation and performance!

Recent Show Ring Accomplishments
Laney finished her Championship September 9, 2007!
She is now a BMDCA Versatility Dog!
She is now eligible for the 2008 AKC Eukanuba National Championship, an invitational show!
Greta won Best of Breed at the Cyclone Country Kennel Club dog show on September 10, 2007 for another point! She is almost finished with her Championship, needing just three more single points
Laney had quite a time at the 2007 BMDCA National Specialty!
She earned her Tracking Dog title (TD) on Monday,
and then won 2nd Place in the large and extremely competitive
Bred-By Exhibitor bitch class on Friday!
Laney won a Group 3 January 21, 2007!!
She accomplished this from the classes over specials.
ALL Breeder/Owner-Handled!!!
Laney earned her Rally Novice (RN) obedience title with two first class placements!!
Laney earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and Therapy Dogs International (TDI) certification. She will now be able to make therapy visits!
Laney won two majors, including a Best of Breed over specials, January 20 and 21, 2007
at the Central Iowa Kennel Club dog show!
Laney has won a 4-point major over specials, incluing a win over the
2005 BMDCA National Specialty Reserve Winner's Bitch
Laney also has a 5-point major reserve win and a 3-point major reserve win, all in just
three weekends of showing
Charlie won a 3-point major over specials his
VERY first day of showing !!

Laney won 2nd Place in the Bred-By Exhibitor Bitch class at the
2007 BMDCA National Specialty under judge Arlene Davis
Laney earned her Tracking Dog title at the 2007 BMDCA National Specialty
Haley won Best in Veteran Sweepstakes
at the 2004 BMDCA National Specialty
(defeating a previous National Specialty Best of Breed Winner)
under breeder/judge Bobbie Kinley-Blewitt
Haley won an Award of Merit at the 2004 BMDCSEW regional specialty
under breeder/judge Deborah Wilkins
Haley won Best of Opposite Sex in Veteran Sweeps at the 2004 BMDCSEW regional specialty under breeder/judge Gail Vogel
