Devon...well, she definitely has...personality!

We call her our Border Collie in a Berner suit.  She has the most amazing intellect and unfortunately for us, she puts it to use on a daily basis. 

She not only figures out how to do something - she actually does it!

Hopefully we can channel that energy into the working dog that we know she has the potential to be. 

We only now face the challenge of convincing her that it was HER idea!

Show News!

Devon made her show ring debut at the tender age of 7 months, 1 day.

She was shown on a Sunday only, and while doing so garnered a Best of Winners win (defeating 7 other Berners)

for her FIRST point under judge Paula Nykiel.

Ms. Nykiel loved Devon's Mom, Laney, when she judged her. 

Ms. Nykiel told me that she was glad to see that

Laney was producing such pretty puppies.

Devon also was shown at an all-breed match recently.  She won Best of Breed and a WORKING GROUP FIRST!!  Woo hoo!

Devon will be only selectively shown this summer as she still has a LOT of growing to do.  We want her to have fun while showing, so she will only be shown a few more days this summer.
